Church of Madonna delle Grazie
Originally from 14th Century, the Madonna delle Grazie Church underwent many restorations in 1587, 1643, and 1789. The left door is the only remaining gothic part. This Sanctuary maintains a special place in the memory of the towns citizen's because it is the place for the veneration of the Virgin and it has always been an essential datum point for asking the Virgin's graces against wars and pestilence. The Madonna's iconography is here in fact represented by Madonna delle Grazie (Madonna of Graces) and Ottaviano Nelli's fresco "Il Transito della Vergine" (Virgin's transit) - 1436.
