Swan Park
The park was created in the 90’s by the Town Council and it was designed by Dr Marco Bani. It is in Rignaldello just outside the town walls; on the left of the Tiber river. It contains numerous aquatic birds including swans.
This is quite an unusual story: an inhabitant of the town found in wounded swan on the dual carriageway.
After taking it to the vets where it was treated for its injuries the swan was taken to the park. Even since swans have lived and breeded there as do lots of other birds.
The park and bar are run by the Arci-Caccia association. There is an important dog show every year.
